Highlights for our 2025 Vendors:

Cost this year is $700 for early bird registration that ends October 15, 2024. The price will increase to $800 after this date.

The exhibit space will be held in a large, lockable ballroom. It’s a beautiful, well-lit space, and easily accessible to all attendees.
The exhibit hall will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Additionally, attendees may choose to set aside a time in their schedule to visit the exhibits. NO SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED DURING SEVERAL OF THESE TIMES SO ATTENDEES CAN VISIT BOOTHS.
Everyone will have a tablecloth, Wifi, and electricity included in the cost of the registration, along with free parking.

Purchasing a sponsorship, booth, or advertisement is a two-step process:

Step 1-Registration: Complete the Google Form by clicking the button at the bottom of the page. After that, you will receive a confirmation message at the end of registration with a link bringing you back to this page to pay.

Step 2–Payment: Find the drop-down list of options and add your selection to the cart.

Remember: Your registration is not complete until you do both steps. Thank you!

Conference Program - signage, a full page thank you in the program, and one free vendor table - $2000

Keynote (3 opportunities available) - signage, a full page thank you in the program, one free vendor table, and the option to introduce the Keynote - $2500
WiFi for Both Days for All Attendees - signage, thank you in the program- $1000
Snack Break Thursday Afternoon - signage, thank you in the program, and one free vendor table - $2000 (The fee to co-sponsor is $1000 and does not include a free vendor table.)
Snack Break Friday Afternoon - signage, thank you in the program, and one free vendor table - $2000 (The fee to co-sponsor is $1000 and does not include a free vendor table.)

Adding Multiple Items:

Once the item is selected, click on ‘Add to Cart’ and then you will see both items in your shopping cart and can return to add more, or continue to check out.
