Highlights for our 2025 Vendors:

  • Cost this year is $800.

  • The exhibit space will be held in a large, lockable ballroom. It’s a beautiful, well-lit space, and easily accessible to all attendees.

  • The exhibit hall will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Additionally, attendees may choose to set aside a time in their schedule to visit the exhibits. NO SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED DURING SEVERAL OF THESE TIMES SO ATTENDEES CAN VISIT BOOTHS.

  • Everyone will have a tablecloth, Wifi, and electricity included in the cost of the registration, along with free parking.

Ready to Purchase?

Purchasing a sponsorship, booth, or advertisement is a two-step process:

Step 1-Registration:    Complete the Google Form by clicking the button at the bottom of the page. After that, you will receive a confirmation message at the end of registration with a link bringing you back to this page to pay. 

Step 2–Payment: Find the drop-down list of options and add your selection to the cart. 

Remember:  Your registration is not complete until you do both steps. Thank you!

CCIRA is offering several sponsorship opportunities at the 2025 conference! Please look at the following options then fill out the form below. Please contact Lisa Kahn at ccirainfo@gmail.com if you are interested in other sponsorship opportunities that may not be listed.

  • Conference Program - signage, a full page thank you in the program, and one free vendor table - $2000

  • Keynote (3 opportunities available) - signage, a full page thank you in the program, one free vendor table, and the option to introduce the Keynote - $2500

  •  WiFi for Both Days for All Attendees - signage, thank you in the program- $1000 

  • Snack Break Thursday Afternoon - signage, thank you in the program, and one free vendor table - $2000 (The fee to co-sponsor is $1000 and does not include a free vendor table.)

  • Snack Break Friday Afternoon - signage, thank you in the program, and one free vendor table - $2000 (The fee to co-sponsor is $1000 and does not include a free vendor table.)

  • Vendor Coffee/Continental Breakfast - signage, thank you in the program - $1,500 per day

Select an option for purchase and be sure to type your company name so we can match the payment with your registration.

Adding Multiple Items:

To add multiple items to your shopping cart, select one item first and click on ‘Add to Cart.’ On the shopping cart page, select ‘Continue Shopping’ above the order summary to come back to this page to select an additional item. Once the item is selected, click on ‘Add to Cart’ and then you will see both items in your shopping cart and can return to add more, or continue to check out.
